The Church of Life
The children of God are born here into the Church of Life,
All live on the earthly soil amid the good times and of strife.
We have gifts of this beautiful world, each day for us to see,
Under our watch, as stewards, all's futures are meant to be.
We're all in this ship together, for no one ever sails alone,
Upon the worldly oceans, for all our actions, we do atone.
Each of us a chance to endure, make the best of it we can,
Brothers and sisters in the Family of Life, our lifelong band.
Never to matter our own religion, its precepts are all so sublime,
Each one's faith as strong as can be, has reason and a rhyme.
Though doctrines and scriptures may vary, all a chosen course,
The world's people are good in their souls, all an awesome force.
All do attend the Church of Life, as was meant by our Father above,
Each of us is as precious to him as gold, and His gift to us, his love.
We'll always be present in the Church of Life, our Father sees is so,
Our fates are written in his own book, and this for him only to know.
